Something broken, someone cheating, or a question the docs do not answer? Open a ticket.
Open a ticket
- In game, type
/ticket. - On the web, use the ticket portal.
The ticket system also connects to Discord, so staff can answer wherever they are. Describe what happened, when, and where.
Report a player
Reports must include proof: a clip, a screenshot, or timestamps. Witness statements alone are not enough (rule 8.1). Include the player's name, what they did and the time.
Report a bug
Report bugs and exploits immediately, even if you found one by accident. Hiding or abusing a bug results in a ban (rule 7.2).
Password problems

| I forgot my password | Use /resetpassword. If that does not work, open a ticket from the website. |
| I want a new password | Log in, then use /changepassword. |
| I cannot register | Follow the instructions the server shows you. If it keeps failing, open a ticket from the website. |
Common problems

| I cannot connect | Check the address: mc.xgeopol.com. Update your game. On Bedrock, use the same address. |
| I cannot chat or open commands | You have not finished the rules and the welcome tour. Type /rules and press ACCEPT. |
| I cannot build | You are probably inside someone else's claim. Check with /nation map. |
| My Bedrock name has a dot | That is intended. Use the dot name everywhere, including in the store. |
| I was killed after logging out | You were in combat. Logging out while tagged kills you. |
| I was banned | Open a ticket on the website and explain what happened. |
Scams and safety
- Staff never need your password.
- Only buy from the official store linked on xgeopol.com.
- Be careful with links and files from other players.
